Nida Mahmood

Nida is an artist and a designer from NIFT with 18 years of experience in Fashion industry. She was awarded the “Most Creative Design Collection” in 2002. Her works have been showcased in 7 fashion weeks. She is also called the Queen of Indian Kitsch, .

Shilpa Kalra Sahni

Designer and Founder of Wasabi

20 years of experience in the fashion industry and with various corporates like William E Connor, The Hilt. A graduate from Delhi University, Pearl Academy of Fashion, Fashion Institute of Technology, New York and Hogeschool Van Amsterdam.

Anila Sharma

Fashion Expert

Her expertise are in the field of Fashion, Textile and Jewelry Design. She has an extensive industry and training experience of over 28 years. She is also associated with Apparel Made Ups and Home Furnishing Sector Skill Council and Management and Entrepreneurship Sector Skill Council as an Assessor, Government of India

  • Eligibility
    • What is the Eligibility for the Diploma in Fashion Design?

      Candidates who have completed their 12th with a minimum of 50% passing marks are eligible for the program.

    • I am not from a fashion background. Can I Join?

      The program by design does not require one to have a prior fashion experience. The program’s for if you have the interest and want to make a mark in the fashion industry. Please contact the admissions team for more information.

    • Do candidates need to bring their own laptop?

      Candidates need to have their own laptops, also the technology requirement shall be shared at the time of enrolment.

  • Program Details
    • What will my learning schedule be like?

      You will learn the concepts involved through both Live Virtual Classes plus the pre-recorded content.

    • Who would be the faculty?

      The faculty would involve some of the biggest names from the Fashion Industry. Some of the top fashion designers would also contribute to your learning by sharing their own experiences.

    • Will the content be available after the course is completed?

      We believe that learning is continuous and hence all learning material – recordings of the lectures, online content and supporting material will be available through the online platform for 1 year post completion of the program.

    • How will I be evaluated during the program?

      In this holistic and rigorous course, you will be evaluated continuously. All quizzes, assignments, attendance and projects are used to evaluate and monitor your progress towards the desired learning outcomes.

    • Will there be placements at the end of the course?

      The course would end with proper placement drives at the end of the program. We would start with Resume Building, Interview Preparation Workshops and then finally connecting you to potential recruiters.
