Throughout my whole childhood, I believed professional football would be my career. Unfortunately the odds are against everyone! Which is why one day, after a few knee surgeries I decided to settle down and begin an academic degree in Economics and Finance. This course of action wasn't for me, so after I graduated, with a full job offer at my feet to work in a Bank, I decided to decline and move to Murcia, Spain to do my MBA Sports Management degree. This turned out to be the best decision of my life as I, in turn, exploited every corner of the program to leverage myself to create a career in the world of football! The UCAM MBA lead me to my internship in Dubai, working for Michel Salgado, Real Madrid and Spanish National team legend, and Inaki Beni, former youth Real Madrid Academy coach. I now work at The Royal Emirates Sports Academy, as a Business Development Executive for football, with the a special condition to do some part time coaching for the football academy on the side!

Currently, an associate professor at the Medical University of Varna, Bulgaria in the Department of Healthcare Management and Economics, Dr Mila teaches in several universities around the world. Her professional career includes both academic development and working with healthcare organizations (hospitals, medical centres, etc.) for 20 years. Currently, she is working on several research projects, including the future of healthcare management, a framework for analysis of the national healthcare system, integrated electronic management system for higher education in the healthcare field. Dr Mila Dimitrova has an education in healthcare management (a master's and doctoral degree) and many additional specializations in healthcare management, medical informatics, project management, accreditation, quality assessment, performance measurement, and management. Her areas of expertise: healthcare management and leadership, hospital performance measurement and management, healthcare project management, healthcare management diagnostics and analysis, strategic healthcare management, business planning, accreditation, and hospital intranet system development.

Dr. Pfumbudzayi Robert Machera is an enthusiastic, energetic leader and has occupied executive roles such as Financial Manager, Group Accountant, Company Secretary, Human Resource Practitioner and Administration Manager for large, listed corporations in Zimbabwe for 18 years, before joining the academic world. He is a well-rounded scholar with research interest in micro - lending companies, social entrepreneurship, finance, banking, accounting, managing people, education, fintech, sustainability and training. Qualification: Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Economic and Management Sciences with Administration, Master of Philosophy in Education and Training for Lifelong Learning, Masters in Business Administration (MBA), Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) Advanced Management Accounting Diploma and Chartered Institute of Secretaries & Administrators (CISA) Diploma. Salma Yehia is a lecturer and research analyst in the areas of Marketing and Business Studies with extensive 7-year experience in academia. She started her teaching career as a lecturer in Egypt at the German University in Cairo (GUC) and has proved herself as a valuable faculty in various domains especially Marketing and Strategic Management. She is also experienced in other business studies as Human Resource Management, International Business, Strategic Leadership, and Business Sustainability. Alongside Salma has professional research experience and has excelled as a Research Assistant on numerous fieldwork research projects in Egypt, Germany, and UAE. Salma holds an MSc in Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing from the GUC. And is currently pursuing her PhD degree at Phillips-University in Marburg; with a thesis titled “The effect of living in a sustainable city on sustainable consumption: a comparative analysis between Germany and UAE”. Her research interests lie in the areas of international marketing, sustainability, consumer psychology, and corporate social responsibility. She has published and presented proceedings at international conferences in Egypt, Germany, and Turkey. In addition to academia, Salma practices Pilates and is passionate about travelling, exploring new destinations, and experiencing diversified cultures.

Michael Akerib has divided his professional life between industry, executive education, and academia. He has always been interested in change – sociological, and technological, and the blending of the two and its impact on determining the future. His professional experience was acquired in corporate leaders in their field (Dow Chemical, Merrill Lynch, COMILOG) in Africa, France, and Switzerland. He was the CEO of a South American gold and diamond mining corporation in the early 1990s. As a consultant, he devised strategies for SMEs in areas as different as metals and luxury products. Since 1991 he has been involved in executive education and academia in over 20 countries. He has created curricula, and franchised educational programs he created, was dean, managing director of business schools, and rector. He is still active in higher education in Belgium, France, Romania, and Switzerland.

Maria is an academician with over seven years of teaching experience for Postgraduate and Undergraduate programs. Areas of expertise and research interests include the field of accounting, finance, taxation, banking & education. Published several articles in national and international journals. She is currently pursuing her PhD. Other Qualifications - M. Com (Accounting & Taxation), B. Com (Finance), PGDBI (Banking & Insurance), B.Ed. (Pedagogy Commerce) and UGC NET.

Dr Rekha Shewakramani has a Doctorate in Management with a specialization in Human Resource Management. Her research focuses on organizational behaviour which associates with a performance at work and contentment in an organization. Rekha has been awarded various accolades in the field of research and management in human resources. Her key achievement was to receive the title of the researcher of the year in 2019 for her presentations and publications in the research field. Rekha started her teaching career in UAE in the year 2020 and has successfully trained various professionals for the certification and courses that have accreditation from the UK. Her hands-on experience in teaching undergraduate and post-graduate students in India is now serving as an encouragement to serve and train professionals about the practices of management across different nations. She has recently become an Associate member of CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, UK) in the year 2022. Being a gold medallist in Master of Business Administration, her research work has been chosen and published in some of the UGC Listed Journals in India. She has always been a part of the education industry by serving as a counsellor, trainer, and research fellow which has helped her in attaining the confidence in developing content and imparting knowledge using a combination of practical and theoretical tools.

Education Policy Specialist with a strong academic background in education policy and research from a leading Russell Group UK University. She holds a BA with Honors in International Relations and Foreign Policy and an MSc in Education, Public Policy, and Equity from the University of Glasgow with Distinction. Experienced in educational policy, public policy research, and practice with an overall 5-year teaching experience in the private education sector as well as internship experiences in government organizations and NGOs. Shakhnoza is a scholarship holder of prestigious programs organized and sponsored by Harvard Business School, University of Cambridge, British Council, and OSCE. Her qualifications include a Master of Science with Distinction in Education, Public Policy, and Equity from the University of Glasgow. Her areas of expertise include education policy and research, Equity and Education policy, Economics of education policy, 21st-century teaching and learning, education and development, higher education, and labour market.

Mr David Orford leads as the Programme Director of Exeed College. He is the former Associate Dean of Newport Business School, University of Wales, and a Quality Assurance Consultant in Education. A member of the QAA Appeals Committee, he is also an advisor to many higher education institutions worldwide. It is exciting to have him on board. We are pretty optimistic that his wisdom and experience will enrich the programmes.

Dr. Veenu Arora is a management expert with over 15 years of experience in consultation, personality development, and teaching. Apart from carrying degrees in Masters of Commerce & M.Phil in management, she has also actively indulged in a few certifications in behavioral programs. She has assisted various teams in individual growth to align the gap between educational institutes and industry expectations.

Dr. Shweta Bajaj, an esteemed academician and management specialist, brings an exceptional blend of education, research, and practical expertise to the field of management. Dr. Neelam Sheoliha is a Commerce Graduate with PGDM in Marketing from LBS Institute. She did her Masters in Marketing & possesses 15+yrs of Experience in teaching blended with 5+years of corporate experience with Business Houses like Procter & Gamble India as a Channel Manager (East & South Delhi), Thomson Press now THOMSON DIGITAL (I) Ltd Export Division, Noida.

Dr. Rachita Kapoor Bhasin is a Ph.D. in marketing. Dr. Bhasin’s research interests focus on Retail Management, Sales Management, and Green Initiatives regarding Consumer Behavior and preferences and environmental awareness. She has published multiple research papers and articles in prestigious international and national management journals. She has also presented her research at various seminars and conferences both at national and international levels.
